We recently had the pleasure of staying at Bos Manor charming cabin and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the serene surroundings and the warmest hospitality from Nicole and Rob. What an absolute gem of a cabin! You could feel that they put so much love into decorating it. The outdoor shower is also epic. Feeling the warm sunlight on your skin and the cold breeze, while listening to the sound of birds singing. If you’re seeking a peaceful retreat in the heart of nature, look no further!

Public review What a wonderful spot. The cabin was perfect- loved the outdoor shower!!!! The trails were fun to do & the nearby lake was peaceful & off the beaten track - great swimming for the dogs and ourselves. The sound of the birds was deafening in the morning & the star gazing spectacular at night. Robert & Nicole were great hosts. What a great place to unwind with nature. We will be back.

This place is amazing - truly a place to unplug, unwind and connect with nature. Robert and Nicole have gone above and beyond with the "little extras" they included with the cabin and the property as a whole. Although you cannot drive directly to the property, Robert was there with an ATV to help us transport our belongings in and provided a very handy cart to transport our belongings back out. For most people, the drawback of a rustic accommodation is the washroom facilities. Not here - this is not your typical outhouse. With a combusting toilet, there is zero smell to worry about. The property is set up with beautiful trails which all connect so really can't get lost. They've also included some very well thought out, surprises along the trail which you will have to visit yourself to discover. I cannot say enough great things about this property. It rained the entire time we were there yet we still had an amazing, fun, relaxing time. Highly recommend.

I was so happy I found Camp Blaze!! It was the friendly, cozy, unplugged, nature-based retreat I was looking for and more. Robert and Nicole were so kind and always available for anything I needed. The cabin was so clean with interesting decore and even had slippers which I had forgotten to bring. The trails and the surrounding land were breathtaking. One is guaranteed to see and hear a variety of wildlife. It was easy to see all the love and attention they put into building everything and adding some very fun things to see and do as well along the trails. I for sure will be back and I am excited for anyone who gets the chance to experience this unique haven of peace!

We spent a weekend here on the way to Killarney Park and everything is just lovely! The site is off-grid but nonetheless very comfortable and well equipped. Private parking spot 1 min walk from the cabin but you can also use the cart to carry your bags/supplies. Fine decor and personal touches contribute to a warm atmosphere. We enjoyed the afternoon rain from the little porch! Robert and Nicole are doing an amazing job! Welcoming and ready to help, they are mindful of what a guest might need and make sure is there for you when you arrive (ex. fresh spring water tank, firewood, condiments). They are also very creative and keep expanding the trails around the area! Definitely recommended! We hope to come back soon!

Camp Blaze was awesome! Becky, Kimber and I enjoyed everything about our stay. Nicole and Robert were a pleasure to talk to and were very accommodating. The property was nice, the trails were great for walking with a German Shepard. The nights were quiet with only the sounds of nature. Oh and the skies!! Beautiful! Down south in the Durham Region we don't get to see the Milky Way they way we did there. We took a trip into St. Charles which was also nice with friendly people. Getting to Secluded Lake was an adventure that we enjoyed. Overall 10/10! We hope to be able to return to Camp Blaze one day.

Robert and Nicole are amazing hosts, friendly, attentive and welcoming. The place itself is quite an experience for urban folks like ourselves, but in a good way. The cabin is decorated with a lot of taste, and the hosts put a thorough thought to make sure that everything we need is there, even though the cabin is small. The trails on the property are beautiful, with nice details added (no spoilers!). Highly recommended retreat!

We were a bit nervous driving up because we're both shy, but as soon as we saw Robert and Nicole's friendly smiles coming out to greet us all of our worries melted away. They're SO friendly and kind. The Walden cabin is absolutely adorable and we can't wait to come back when the snow is gone so we can explore the trails better. Also, we're not small people by any means (I'm 5'8 and my fiancé is 6'4) but the loft is roomy enough that we could still move around easily. Getting in and out was a breeze, and the bottom level has pretty tall ceilings which makes changing/stretching/etc easy. Highly recommend staying here!!
