Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations or changes to your booking must be made by email to campblazeretreat@gmail.com. Guests can cancel up to 5 days prior to check-in for a full refund. NO refund for cancellation less than 5 days before check-in.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is between 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm. No check-in after 8:00 pm.
Check out is 12:00 pm

GENERAL INFORMATION

Our cabins are off-grid and solar-powered and guests are responsible for bringing their own power packs for charging electronic devices to ensure the solar panels are not depleted during their stay.

Guests are responsible for their own safety. At time of arrival, each guest will receive a detailed orientation on the use of the cabin and other out buildings. Each cabin comes with a manual repeating the information provided during orientation.

Camp Blaze Retreat is not responsible for bodily injury (including death) or damage to personal property. Refunds will not be issued for environmental factors such as bugs, critters, wildlife or inclement weather.

PETS

Camp Blaze Retreat is a pet friendly environment. Pets must be indicated at time of booking and a $25.00 charge is applied at checkout.

CAMP FIRES

Each site contains a fire pit and fires are to be contained to designated areas only. Seasoned firewood can be purchased at a cost of $8.00 per back. Please do not burn the bags.
